Cathy Walls

As a family psychologist who specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents, I utilize a variety of approaches to help people solve problems, improve their ability to cope, and develop healthier relationships. I am committed to working collaboratively with people in their endeavor to heal and grow.

Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, School problems, Behavioral issues, Parenting issues, Emotional dysregulation

I am a licensed psychologist as well as a certified school psychologist.  I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and post-doctoral training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, Sandplay therapy, play therapy, and Ross Green’s Plan B approach. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques in my work.  I am comfortable working with psychiatrists if medication is indicated.

In my personal life, I am married and have 2 sons.  I enjoy working out, hiking, biking, reading, and watching movies.
