I see myself as a fellow traveler and grateful for being part of my clients’ journey toward inner-peace, joy, and purpose. Together, without judgment, we observe patterns, dynamics, and triggers. In detective-like fashion we uncover values, meaning, and passion while listening to our gut. At the same time, we explore alternatives, tangible options, and new possibilities.
My therapy style is empathic, engaging, and challenging at times. I share my insights, skills and knowledge, and tailor practical tools so a real breakthrough can take place in a relatively short time.
I offer insight focused and experiential oriented therapies, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology practices, alongside challenging cognition. I specialize in Trauma and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing*). I am also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy** from the Milton Erickson Foundation.
My goal is that your desired healthy thoughts, feelings, and behavior will be achieved, profound, and lasting. My driving force is the enthusiasm, creativity, and courage one exhibits when authenticity, vulnerability and strength are simultaneously displayed.
I am committed to empowerment, meaning, and connection and am often in awe of the human ability to create change and heal. It’s not always easy, but as the saying goes “life begins at the end of your comfort zone” (Neale Donald Walsch).
